The content on MyFlixerApp.com consists exclusively of original written text, guides, and informational articles. What This Site Contains

To be clear about the scope of this DMCA policy, MyFlixerApp.com contains only the following types of content:

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Your notice must include all of the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Incomplete notices that do not include all of the above information may not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify claims before taking action.

Where to Send Notices

DMCA takedown notices for content on MyFlixerApp.com should be sent to:

We will acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 5 business days and will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while we investigate the claim.

Counter-Notification

If content you posted on our site has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe that the removal was made in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed (the URL)
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice

Counter-notices should be sent to the same address: dmca@myflixerapp.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Misuse of DMCA Process

We take abuse of the DMCA process seriously. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice.
